The official conducting the ceremony says: The president Elect & his worthy Team, Fellow Walkers, Ladies and Gentlemen. To be elected to the Executive Office, in the Walkers movement, is an honour. It is a great honour. It is greater honour than to be elected to office in any other organisation. It is a far greater honour than to be elected to many public offices. For, in such cases the candidates seek their own election. In our movement, it is the unwritten law, that the office should seek the candidate, not the candidate, the office.
